JOB DESCRIPTION

Do you want to help develop a new function within the Administration for Support for People with Disabilities? In 2025, we will take over a task currently performed by the elderly and health and care administration, and we are now looking for 2 night duty leaders who want to join us on this exciting journey!

From May 1, we will establish the function - duty management - which will provide support to the entire administration outside office hours. As a duty leader, you will be a key person in this operation, responsible for work management and making urgent management decisions during evenings, nights, and weekends.

You will lead and support care staff, as well as make decisions about personnel resources to ensure that work during duty hours follows the organization's guidelines and meets needs. The duty management will also serve as a TiB function around the clock and act as a service person on standby (TiB), where you, as a duty leader, are the first contact and prioritization responsible in the administration's contact chain for the TiB function. Another important part of the job is to prioritize urgent alarms for the night organization and to coordinate short-term recruitment for the area of Personal Support (personal assistance, guidance, contact persons) during the day.

We are looking for 2 duty leaders for night work. If you want to make a difference for our users and contribute to the development of a new and important function, we look forward to your application. A 6-month probationary period may be applicable upon taking up the position.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone with relevant education in social work, health care, or other education that the employer deems equivalent. A post-secondary education at the university level, such as a social work program, nursing, or behavioral science education, is required. The education should correspond to at least 180 higher education credits (3 years of university studies). Please attach your diploma with your application.

You should also have several years of experience working in similar operations, such as duty operations, social services, health care, or crisis management. Since communication is an important part of the job, you must have good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written. Those who do not meet the qualification requirements in Swedish 1 or Swedish as a second language 1 may be offered to take a language test through the test user Educateit.

Experience in scheduling and knowledge of the systems Time Care Planning and Time Care Pool is advantageous. Since the job requires good structure, planning, and the ability to handle demands without losing focus, we would like you to have previous experience in leadership or management roles.

You should be self-sufficient and able to make decisions within the framework of your assignment without relying on others, as well as take responsibility for driving the work forward.

As a person, you are structured and organized, with the ability to plan, prioritize, and follow up your work effectively. You have the courage to make decisions in pressured situations and can balance the demands placed on you without losing focus on the task. You are calm and secure in difficult situations and show respect and consideration to everyone you meet, even when the pace is high.
